Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Shipping timelines may vary based on your delivery location and product availability.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your address, total weight, and volume. Any changes to the shipping address after order placement may result in a revision of the shipping cost.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Note: Shipping timelines may be impacted during holidays, sale periods, or unforeseen logistical delays.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled from the ‘My Orders’ section on our website biosculpture.in.

  • You may also request a cancellation by emailing us at 📧 support@biosculpture.in with your order number.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Before Shipping: 2% of the invoice amount will be deducted as payment gateway charges.

  • After Shipping: 2% gateway charges apply; cancellation is only processed after product returns to our warehouse.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: You will be liable for entire shipping and logistics charges (as decided by our delivery partner).

Note: Discount vouchers are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Loyalty points used will be credited back to your account.


MODIFICATION OF ORDER(S)

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change shipping address), please be aware that this may change the shipping cost, and you will be required to pay any difference as per our Shipping Policies stated on our website.


Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

We offer an easy return and exchange policy valid for up to 4 working days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Packaging, seal, barcode, labels, freebies, and accessories must be intact.

  • Items should not be damaged, modified, or altered in any way.

  • Free products received with the order must also be returned.

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items with broken packaging or missing seals

  • Products requested for return after 5 days of delivery

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns

Special Note: Return and exchange terms may vary during promotional or sale periods.


Refund Policy

Refund Timelines:

  • Unshipped Orders: Refunds are processed within 5 working days from cancellation.

  • Shipped Orders: Refunds are initiated after the returned product reaches our warehouse (within 5 working days).

  • It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after processing.

Loyalty Points & Discounts:

  • Loyalty points will be credited back to your account for eligible returns.

  • Discount codes or vouchers are one-time use and non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.


Damaged Products

We conduct strict quality checks. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may:

  • Log into your account and raise a request from the ‘My Orders’ section, or

  • Email us at 📧 support@biosculpture.in with product images and your order number.

Free gifts must also be returned if the primary item is returned or refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted 30 days after the dispatch date if products are unused, in the same condition as you found them with all the original documents and packaging.

If the products are damaged upon delivery, or if products are faulty BIO SCULPTURE will take further action.

Please contact support@biosculpture.com to inquire about refunds.The provision of goods and services by Bio Sculpture is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bio Sculpture will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attraction a 0% administration fee, but a return due to incorrect order placed will attract a 10% administration fee.
